19 Months!
- says "hi" to everyone and everything! Cars, tractors, people, you name it! Addison will say hi to it.
- knows where her nose, eyes, head, tummy and feet are when you tell her to point to them. She has some trouble with her ears, she always points to the side of her head.
- she is very head strong. She definately knows what she wants and where she wants to go. If we aren't going the same direction and I correct her, she throws herself on the floor, (terrible twos already!)
- she always questions where someone is when they leave the room. (eesh is what she says and puts her arms out)
- she still loves her pacifier. she will probably go to college with it. =]
- she loves to give hugs and pat you on the back.
- she finally said "mama" when I asked her who I was!!!
- she will definately be outdoorsie. She loves to go outside and walk around the block or take walks in the stroller.
- she is still a picky eater!
- She loves giving high fives to most people (Sorry Grandpa Buster)
- She loves attention!!! She will clap when she does something good.
- Bath time is still the best and swimming this summer will also be a lot of fun
- She still loves books!!!!
- Her first boyfriend is red with an orange nose who is a musician and has his own show!
- She loves to dance to the Flying Fairy school song and Murray had a little lamb from Sesame Street.
It is so hard to believe how fast time is flying by!!! I know I say this every month but it is incredible how quickly it goes. Cherish every moment!!

17 months
Happy 17 month birthday Addison!!!! My little peanut is getting so old!!! Here are somethings that Addison loves to do.
She loves to chase the kitty around the house and tries to pull the kitty's tail until Daisy gets annoyed. She still loves to dance. She is getting over her first cold ever. She loves to hide behind things and pop out to scare you and play peek-a-boo. She loves to be chased. She can say dada, rara, nana, baba, and Hank. She can say mom but not on command. She would rather sign mom. She can sign mom, more, and bath. She has great receptive language skills. She knows all of the Sesame street characters, farm animals, knows where her head, tummy, and feet are, and we are working on colors. She knows what a cat and a cow says and will tell you when asked. Ryan loves her short little legs!
I cannot believe how big she is getting and how far she has come from the Iowa City NICU.
